Sneak Peek for Key Insights

When We are Weak, HE is Strong:

Assisting how someone can make decisions and form their own independent faith beliefs is beneficial, as opposed to someone enforcing them to act or believe a certain way. Proper guidance in the development of adolescents can be very challenging, but when faith is involved there can be success.

Independence for the Strong Willed:

After a hospital stay, a patient may want to change their habits and make it more of their obligation to help themselves continuously. The overriding goal is to still assist others as a healthcare provider, but allowing guidance to help patients make those independent decisions is critical.

Living to Serve the Masses:

There is a common misconception that a leader takes control and predominately makes all the decisions for a group of people. When considering Servant Leadership, the leader is actually the servant to the group. The idea is for the leader to make themselves more of a follower to those who look up to that individual.
